ChaosTasks has been 25 years in the making! Not literally, of course, but Chaos Software has made contact management and task list software for Windows users for that long and ChaosTasks brings our expertise serving small business users to the iPhone and iPad

ChaosTasks is intended to be a way to take your Tasks on-the-go from our Intellect or Time & Chaos apps for Windows.

- See today’s todo list at a glance.
- Don’t forget to call people back. Put their phone numbers in the description or notes and get call links.
- Schedule future tasks and they’ll stay out of your way until the day you asked to be reminded to do it.
- Add an alarm for a specific time and your phone can remind you even if you aren’t looking at the ChaosTasks app.
- Take notes about your conversations to remember facts and promises.
- Mark tasks done to keep them in your history (but to also stop being hounded to do it!)
- Sync with a ChaosHost account or with Desktop Sync installed on your local computer and coordinate data with Time & Chaos 10 or Intellect 10 (for Windows PCs)
